Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, browsing, or otherwise using any service operated by grandbox Store, you confirm that you accept and will comply with these Terms of Service together with every applicable federal, state, and local statute and regulation. Should you disagree with any portion of these terms, you may not access or use grandbox Store's services. Anyone who uses the service on behalf of a company or other organization affirms that they hold the authority to commit that entity to these terms.

Use of the Website

You may use grandbox Store's services solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless grandbox Store has granted you written authorization stating otherwise. You agree not to:

• Send unsolicited advertising, promotional content, or spam through our platform
• Seek unauthorized entry to our systems, customer accounts, or inventory databases
• Pose as any individual or organization, including grandbox Store personnel or fellow customers
• Deploy automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to harvest product pricing, inventory data, or customer information from our platform
• Submit fraudulent, excessive, or harmful orders, including orders placed without any genuine intent to receive the goods
• Resell grandbox Store products for commercial purposes without our express written consent

Product Information and Pricing

grandbox Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. Should an error arise in product information, pricing, or availability, we may correct that error and cancel any order placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no expense to you. For goods with natural variation (such as handmade items or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for reference only; grandbox Store cannot warrant that products are entirely free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order depends on product availability and acceptance by grandbox Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your selected delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and valid government-issued identification will be requested at delivery or pickup. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you before dispatch and may propose a suitable substitute or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content on grandbox Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "grandbox Store" name and branding — belongs exclusively to grandbox Store and is safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any grandbox Store content without our express written permission. User-generated content (including product reviews, photos, and comments) that you submit to our platforms may be used by grandbox Store for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must inform grandbox Store promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You are also responsible for supplying accurate, current contact, delivery, and payment information when placing orders, and for ensuring that any special instructions, eligibility requirements, or product-specific conditions you submit are truthful and complete. If you place an order on behalf of a third party, you alone are responsible for confirming that the third party satisfies all legal eligibility requirements for the purchased products, including age restrictions for restricted goods.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, grandbox Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website, products, or services, including but not limited to damages for incidental loss or delivery delays. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from a single transaction shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the products or services in question. grandbox Store is not liable for failures or delays in service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, severe weather, public health emergencies, or third-party carrier delays.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of grandbox Store's services shall first be submitted to grandbox Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

grandbox Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at our discretion. Should we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address associated with your account, or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using grandbox Store's services prior to the effective date of the changes.
